How to fully utilize online bookings using the Zoyya app

You are aware that you need online booking as well as help with organizing and managing appointments. You researched and realized that Zoyya is the best app for this. You have registered and set up your profile and services. Now what?

We have noticed that some of you are utilizing only a portion of the functionalities and assistance provided by Zoyya. Therefore, we have prepared a list of things you can quickly and easily do to:

  • Inform your clients that you have online booking
  • Encourage them to use it
  • Take advantage of opportunities to bring your services closer to your clients, remind them to attend their appointments, increase bookings, and improve your clients' satisfaction.

    Send your clients an email invitation for online booking through Zoyya

    There are two ways to send an email invitation to a client via Zoyya.

    1.

    When you first enter a new client and add their email address, simply check the box to send them an invitation. They will receive it at their email address.

    If you have clients listed in your client book but have yet to send them an invitation (or if you added the email address later), you can always do it later. Just click on the mail icon in the upper right corner - and Zoyya will sent an invitation.

    Send them the information via WhatsApp, Viber, or Facebook Messenger

    How often do clients send you a message on WhatsApp or any other inbox inquiring about available appointments?

    Then the back-and-forth begins, figuring out who is available and when and which can take until the next holiday.

    The next time you receive such a message, reply that you now have a new, fast, and easy way to book appointments through a clear calendar and send the link to your profile in the message so they can book immediately.

    Next time, they will know how to do it themselves, and there will be no more long conversations at all hours of the day and night.

    Suppose you want to be as productive as possible and do everything simultaneously. In that case, it is best to send a WhatsApp notification to your entire client directory about the new way of booking appointments right after introducing Zoyya.

    This way, you will remind them of your services, encourage them to book and visit you, and teach them a new, better way to book.

    Enable your clients to book online through Facebook, Instagram, your website, and Google Search.

    You most likely have a Facebook and Instagram profile for your business.

    Your clients look there for new posts and interesting services, and new clients try to find more information. Those who don't know you search for your services on Google, so it's good to have a profile on Google My Business as well. It's all free, so it makes sense to make an effort to direct clients to booking services directly, quickly, and easily - at any time of day or night.

    Believe it, all of this brings more traffic and profit.

    For this, you'll first need the LINK to your profile or homepage for booking your business.

    Having a direct link to your salon is generally good to have on hand because you can always share it via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, SMS, email, post it on Facebook and Instagram.

    You can find the link to your profile in the Booking Settings as shown below. Copy that link and open your social networks. If you want the salon's name to appear in the link (which we recommend), enter the salon's name without spaces in the URL field. For example, just add: SalonNina

    Right at the top, to the right of your profile picture and name, there's an option to edit your Facebook profile button. When you click 'Edit,' a dropdown menu will open, so feel free to choose 'Edit Button.'

    If you're doing all of this on your mobile, the option to edit the button is located below your profile picture and name.

    Editing options for the button will open, so choose 'Use App.' If you're on mobile, click the blue 'Follow' button below the profile picture, which will open a new menu, so feel free to choose 'Choose another button:'

    Paste your Zoyya link and click save:

    Basic information

    On your Facebook profile, on the left side, you have the option to edit basic information about your business. Add a link to your booking profile to that place so new visitors always have easy access to orders.

    Facebook and Instagram posts and story posts

    Write a short post on your Facebook and/or Instagram to let your clients know they can book online. Don't forget to include a link for online booking at your salon as shown in the example below.

    How to post a story on Instagram with a link to online booking at your salon?

    On the home screen of your profile, at the top, there's a + icon. Clicking on the icon brings up a menu where you select 'Story.'

    Add an attractive image (a photo of a service in progress, a picture of your salon, your employees, etc.) and select 'LINK' in the search if your settings are in English.

    Paste the link to your online booking profile and post the story by clicking 'Your Story' button.

    Instagram Bio (Profile Description)

    Don't forget to use the place for a website link in the description of your Instagram profile, often called Bio.

    Click on 'Edit Profile.' In the space for the link, place the link to your online booking profile (e.g., https://zoyya.com/SalonBeautyNina), and in Bio, write something about your salon and end with a sentence like: 'Book through the app ↓' (and add a downward arrow as your online booking link will appear below).

    How to Set Up a Booking Link on Your Google Profile

    Sign in to Google My Business.

    After signing in, click on 'Info:'

    Under 'Appointment links,' click the pencil icon to edit.

    Paste your online booking profile link into the designated field

    (e.g., https://zoyya.com/SalonBeautyNina) and click 'Apply' in the bottom right corner.

    Done! Your Google My Business page now has a direct link to your schedule and online bookings.

    While in your salon, show them the app and suggest they book their next appointment.

    That approach is good for several reasons.

    First of all, you fill out your schedule in advance and ensure that you have bookings from existing clients in the future, maximizing the number of visits they make in a year.

    Secondly, and no less important, you will make it easier for clients to manage their appointments. They will be satisfied knowing the proper interval between treatments, having a secure and reserved appointment for the next time, and not having to worry about not getting an appointment. You will avoid disappointing regular clients, which sometimes happens when you have to turn them away because all desired slots are booked.
