Noa you have to go into Cydia, then search for and install the apps. That is assuming your iDevice has been jailbroken properly, and has Cydia present?
I would hope you get a refund. On another note, you should go and download RedSn0w 9.10b1. Once downloaded go to http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/. You need to pick out your phone model and firmware i.e. iOS 5.0.1. It will take about 30 minutes to an hour for the firmware to download. Once it has downloaded go to RedSn0w and click on the thing that says “Jailbreak and Install Cydia.” Follow the directions from there. Hope this helps.

Not all cydia apps are free, most you have to pay for. IntelliscreenX being one of them. $10, but well worth it.

To get (I’m pretty sure all Cydia apps for free) use the Source cydia.xsellize.com to get most Cydia apps for free. Go to Cydia, then Manage, then you’ll see “Sources.” You should see a “+” sign. From there you need to type in the Source I just gave you and when you search IntelliScreenX click on the one that has not an Finder icon, but a X icon. Hope this helps.
Sorry. I just realized since IntelliScreen X is fairly new there is not a free version from the xsellize repo, but it should be coming out soon enough.
